Questions to ask before introducing AI into a business
Introducing AI affects decisions, information and people. ISO/IEC 42001 addresses a management system for organisations providing or using products or services with AI.
A conversation to begin
Before adopting a tool, clarify its purpose and who can review its results. Consider how work would continue if a response were incorrect.
Original preparation questions
- Which specific problem do we want to solve with AI?
- Who decides whether a result can be used?
- How will we detect and correct an unsuitable response?
